APTITUDEforthearts ETS is an art project devoted to women’s artistic research. Independent and non-profit, the initiative stems from a reflection on the notion of “caring for” as both an attitude and a sensibility—whether innate or acquired—deeply rooted in the feminine sphere..
APTITUDEforthearts supports and promotes projects developed by women artists who engage with groups and communities of women experiencing vulnerability or need. The organisation is particularly committed to supporting initiatives dedicated to all female subjectivities requiring tools for support, inclusion, and empowerment. Through art and interdisciplinary research, the projects it fosters aim to encourage pathways towards autonomy, identity, and freedom, valuing creativity not only as an instrument of social transformation but also as a practice of care, attentive listening, and the meaningful engagement with individuals and communities. APTITUDEforthearts is an ETS (Ente del Terzo Settore), a recognised Third Sector organisation.
